Monday Thru Friday 6:30AM – 5PM (PST)
Saturday 8AM – 2PM (PST)
Customer Service is open from 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PST) Monday - Friday.

Order Process
You may place an order by Toll Free Telephone, U.S. Mail, or on the web @ www.gearheadjeep.com. If you have questions about oversize or heavy items, or any other form of non-standard shipping, please contact us at 800-831-1050.

How We Ship
Most orders ship by ground carrier. In the event that you purchase an item and require air delivery, please let a sales representative know so that they can add the cost to your shipment. Due to UPS regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. We often ship from multiple locations throughout the US to give you better and more economical service.

Methods of Payment
Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or ACH (direct debt from checking account). We will ship some items to a limited number of locations by UPS-COD.

 

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a California address will be charged 7.75% Sales Tax.

Back Orders
Because we are a Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped.

Return Policy

  1. All merchandise is eligible for return within 14 days of date of delivery.
  2. Merchandise must be authorized for return by GearHeadjeep.com and will be identified with a "RMA" "Return Merchandise Authorization" number.
  3. All merchandise returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  4. Refunds will be credited back to customer accounts within 14 days of the completed inspection of the returned merchandise.


Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. Please call us at (800) 831-1050 if there is a problem with a damaged item.

Warranties
All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. GearHeadjeep.com can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. GearHeadjeep.com is not liable for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of products.
